This class will focus on a variety of types of appetizers that are appropriate to prepare and serve at a party in your home. Hopefully you'll get some good ideas for the holiday season! We'll cover large platters and design as well as adorable finger items and down to a repertoire of dips.

About the event
Students will be able to take home 2 mini platters of their creation. You may wish to bring a pen/pencil for notes. There should be plenty of street parking on Bench St for those attending.
